On January 31, 2024, an entity named Arrowhead Colorado Propco, LLC (ACP) purchased the Homestead property for $3.492,700 million US dollars. It is believed the entity is Pomeroy Lodging due to the Colorado address listed.
On February 15, 2024, this entity (ACP) filed a lawsuit in Douglas County District Court case number of 2024CV30154. ACP is suing the Roxborough Park Foundation and the Douglas County Board of County Commissioners to seek access to the landlocked Homestead property.
On February 21, Business Denver published a story, and then it was re-published in the Denver Post that discusses Pomeroy's desire to build a Nordic Spa on the property known as the Homestead. See link below if you have access to the Denver Post.
